Custom-Off-Site Home

The home will be constructed to a 97% level of completion at our facility in Moriarty, NM then it will be shipped to its final destination. Once it is set on a permanent foundation, a matching laundry room and garage will be constructed on site.

The second home displays the versatility of what can be done with our Off-Site Conventional construction method and design.
This design consists of three separate units that were constructed at the off-site facility and then transported and assembled at the customer’s site.
