Alternative Building Solutions is a new homebuilder in the Central New Mexico region. Although we are new, we have a strong and experienced team that has already made a positive impact in the lives of families who have moved into the quality homes we’ve constructed. Our officers are experienced and possess a wide range of construction skills. Our General Superintendent is a respected 20 year veteran of homebuilding in New Mexico. Our licensed subcontractors are experts at efficiency and quality in their fields and we work hard to support local suppliers who provide us with the superior building materials we need.

ABS believes that the best way to do business is to be honest with you, our customer, and to listen to your needs. Because of this, we offer pricing that is upfront with no hidden fees or incomplete products and packages. What you see is what you get. You will not see teaser-pricing pasted to the side of our models or advertised in newspapers. Our options are clearly delineated and priced. Our standards are many, and comprehensive. You will not be over-promised or under-delivered. As we see it, you are our partner. You will be required to play a critical role in the construction process by researching your needs, knowing what you have to start with, and maintaining realistic expectations during construction.
