Our homes are not “Mobile Homes” or “Manufactured Homes, (some folks call them “wobbly-boxes”). They are, in fact, fully-conventional homes that happen to be built to a 97% level of completion at our Moriarty, NM facility and transported to your ready-site where construction is finalized to your satisfaction.
ABS homes are recognized by banks, real-estate brokers, and the New Mexico Construction Industries Division as traditional conventional homes. This means that your home will not see the depreciation or loan difficulties at re-sale typically experienced by mobile-home owners. In fact, we challenge you to find a better-built home anywhere for the prices we offer and the standard features we adhere to. We offer pricing competitive to our “Off-site” homes and if you are close enough to our manufacturing site, we will build it on your lot for the same price. We pull the permits, we coordinate the inspections. We can even install the utilities and perform site grading and final landscaping – providing you with a complete “turn-key” experience depending on your needs, level of expertise, and budget.
